FAUN RAPID RUNWAY REPAIR TECHNICAL DATA

Composition: Aluminium with male and female t-slot forming and articulated joint.
Finishing: Powder coated anodised to a grey finish with increased corrosion resistance.


Also available is the 11 metre length and 16 metre width with a total area of 176 square metres.


Used for temporary roadways, runways, we have several rolls of this trackway available.
Mats are constructed from full and half length aluminum panels of heavy duty, corrugated design.
They are linked together using a sliding joint, and are locked together using quick release shoot bolts.
The assembled matting rolls up for storage and transportation by specialist trailer. Panels are connected using a ‘tongue and groove’ method, forming an articulated joint. This enables the matting to be laid on undulating ground. Matting provides a safe, stable, temporary take off and landing area for aircraft, without causing damage to the ground surface.

Also available Aluminium Matting is the 16 metre length and 11 metre width.
